- Performs or directs the accounting management of the fund.
- Develops, monitors, reviews and/or analyzes financial reports, payroll, accounts payable, internal review follow-up and banking data.
- Develops and revises in-house data to meet new requirements.
- Provides guidance and direction necessary to effectively accomplish mission requirements.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ANACI/T3 (Secret) Investigation.
- PER AR 380-67, NON-US CITIZENS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED T3 (SECRET) INVESTIGATION, THEREFORE, WILL BE UNABLE TO QUALIFY UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
- Twenty-four semester hours in accounting or auditing courses of appropriate type and quality. This can include up to 6 hours of business law.
- A certificate as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Auditor, obtained through written examination; or
- Completion of the requirements for a degree that included substantial course work in accounting or auditing, e.g., 15 semester hours, but that does not fully satisfy the 24-semester-hour requirement.

A bachelor's degree is required which includes a minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting and work experience of the type described above.

Combination of education and experience -- at least 4 years of experience in accounting, or an equivalent combination of accounting experience, college-level education, and training that provided professional accounting knowledge.
