- Process accurate payrolls and manage systems by adding/removing employees as required.
- Record and track staffing hours, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Analyze accounts payable and make proper payments based upon cash flow schedule.
- Distribute monthly company credit card expense reports and ensure timely submissions by staff.
- Monitor site level banking and finances by reviewing site bookings, banking reconciliations, cash deposits, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and post/adjust journal entries in accounting systems for month end closing.
- Support all departments by preparing sales and budget reports.
- Prepare Personal Property Tax and other reports/notices for all sites.
- Issue 1099's to appropriate vendors.
- Maintain integrity of the HRIS and Payroll system with reoccurring reporting and audit procedures
- Partner with HR on employee changes, labor reconciliation, and other HR & Payroll system processes
- Support site management with the onboarding and set up of new employees in the HR & Payroll system as necessary
- Respond to employee verification requests such as work verifications and unemployment claims
- Support additional HR tasks as necessary (not sure if we just wrap this in to the Other duties as assigned)
- Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and perform all job duties in accordance with the mission and values of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- At least one year of relatable experience (GAAP, payroll processing, financial management).
- Prior experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required

Fully remote position - employees must be located in a state with existing Go Ape operations
Go Ape is currently seeking a dynamic, analytical individual to support it's finance and HR functions. This is a remote based position and is responsible for supporting all financial needs of the organization as it relates to payroll, accounts payable, and financial reports.
