What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and validate electronic payments for accounts payable and escrow transactions
- Handle desktop and external bank deposits for various accounts
- Manage overflow of accounts payable and escrow transactions
- Create and maintain reports as requested by management
- Provide support to accounting staff during month-end close

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least two years of accounting/finance-related work experience, preferably in a legal environment
- Working knowledge of payroll practices
- Familiarity with Ceridian Payroll Systems (Dayforce)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in accounts payable is desired
- Initiative and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed
