What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage timely cash receipt applications in NetSuite and Oracle ERPs, coordinating with customers and collectors
- Oversee daily cash receipts log and assist with bank reconciliations alongside the GL team
- Conduct audits and monitor expense reporting in accordance with corporate policies using SAP Concur
- Provide support to employees regarding issues with expense, payments, and travel
- Maintain the company's corporate card program, including reconciliation and addressing cardholder inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Business and Accounting degree or equivalent work experience (Entry Level 2-5 years)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Concur administration
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle and NetSuite ERP systems
- 2+ years of expense auditing experience
- 2+ years of experience in corporate card administration
- Knowledge of Concur Intelligence (Cognos) Reporting
- Experience with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) agency
