- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous HR experience, preferably 3+ years in an HR management role.
