What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate employee wages, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Maintain the company's general ledger, balance sheet, and ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including cash receipts processing and bank account balancing
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial and audit reports
- Provide oversight for Accounts Payable functions and assist with financial analysis as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Accounting (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, including payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot payroll and accounting issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Prior experience in the software subscription industry
- Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and multitask effectively
