What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately record daily financial transactions into bookkeeping software and spreadsheets
- Process vendor bill payments using online systems such as ACH and Direct Bill Pay
- Organize and digitize financial documentation, including invoices and receipts
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with payroll preparation to ensure timely processing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Comfortable working in an online/cloud-based environment
- Exceptional time management, communication, and critical thinking skills
- 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel (Intermediate knowledge)
- 1-2 years of college coursework in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft 365 Suite and Adobe Acrobat

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior work experience in an accounting role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
