What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform payment and bank transaction reconciliations
- Conduct general ledger accounts reconciliations
- Maintain accounting databases, including entering transactions into the loan management system and general ledger (Sage Intact)
- Assist with various duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in numerical data work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience related to bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Previous experience with Sage Intact is a significant advantage
- Analytical skills with proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced financial environment
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
