What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and post cash receipts for customers, including checks, ACH drafts, and credit card transactions
- Upload remittance statements from Excel into NetSuite and ensure accurate posting
- Collaborate with internal Credit Managers and Accounts Receivable analysts to resolve payment posting issues
- Maintain the remit@almo.com inbox, ensuring timely application of remittance details
- Assist with month-end cost changes and provide documentation for annual audits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work independently and reliably, especially in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Understanding of basic accounting entries
- Ability to adapt to using multiple programs and online interfaces
