What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare daily deposits for the bank and manage company credit card expenses
- Enter vendor bills in Sage and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Track monthly recurring bills and manage fraudulent charges
- Provide input to senior management on performance issues and assist with various ad hoc projects
- Facilitate internal and external correspondence while prioritizing critical tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a similar field preferred
- Ability to analyze and prioritize information effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Familiarity with credit card management and expense reporting
- Previous experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise with management effectively
