What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare daily deposits for the bank and manage vendor billing in Sage
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all bills and track monthly recurring expenses
- Manage company credit cards, including expense reporting and reconciliation
- Provide input on performance issues to senior management and assist with correspondence
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to complete responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills to prioritize information and draw accurate conclusions
- Ability to take responsibility for organizing time and completing tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Strong communication skills for facilitating correspondence
- Previous experience working on ad hoc projects in a professional setting
