Client is only seeking Industrial Accounting experience. Medical Billing or Accounting experience is not suitable for this position.

Must be proficient in QuickBooks!

Benefits:

$20 - 25/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30PM (lunch break: 12 PM – 12:30; coffee breaks: 10 AM – 10:15 and 2 PM – 2:15)

Full time, temp to hire position!

Job Description:

• Perform full cycle, both accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner

• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

• Enter financial data daily into appropriate software programs such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, etc.

• Process payroll for internal staff in the appropriate software such as ADP or Paylocity

• Provide assistance and support to company personnel

• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 – 3 years of similar accounting experience

• Similar industrial accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel - REQUIRED!

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Data entry and 10-key experience

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills
