      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing, collections, and internal audit
      - Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports and payroll processing
      - Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while communicating with employees and guests
      - Monitor guest ledger and advance deposit ledger to ensure proper internal controls
      - Assist in the credit process, including application processing and customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; related experience in a hotel or related field preferred
      - Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
      - Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
      - Flexible with long hours sometimes required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College courses in an associate field preferred
      - Experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle financial discrepancies
      - Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reporting tools
