      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
      - Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while effectively communicating with employees and guests
      - Monitor and prepare financial reports in accordance with due dates
      - Manage cash supplies and ensure accurate processing of deposits and cashier transactions
      - Respond to customer inquiries and maintain an efficient collection process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; related experience in a hotel or related field preferred
      - Proficiency in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
      - Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
      - Flexible and available for long hours as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College courses in a related field preferred
      - Experience in hotel accounting or related financial roles
      - Familiarity with payroll and accounting software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
