- Handle payment processing through various methods such as ACH, credit cards, and checks
- Manage collections by following up with customers and processing write-offs
- Process incoming mail and ensure it is sent to appropriate recipients
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software
- Previous experience in a customer service or accounting role
