What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Input data accurately and timely within the accounting system
- Develop and update desk procedures for tasks performed
- Assist team members with various tasks during high-volume periods and special projects
- Monitor email communications and resolve payment issues with suppliers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year or more of experience in an Accounting Department and office setting in a large company required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
