What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and input general ledger entries
- Review and/or prepare invoices and settlement documents for events
- Prepare and perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare all monthly financial reporting, yearly budgets, and maintain rolling forecast

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Accounting or Finance from a two-year college
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial management
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAGE), spreadsheets, and word processing software
- Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS software/payroll systems desirable
