      Accounting Specialist II

      Pay Rate :

      $48,300 - $64,400 (USCORE)

      Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

      The Job You Will Perform:

      • Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Applies advanced skills.
      • Perform daily financial activities of the plant.
      • Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports.
      • Enters daily production hours into Payroll System, balances hours and maintains accuracy.
      • Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling of bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments.
