What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and manage monthly close deadlines
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable processes and manage general ledger entries
- Prepare and process biweekly payroll and collaborate with HR on related issues
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll and maintain accurate records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics SL, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Paylocity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two-Year Degree preferred
- Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment
- Familiarity with payroll processes and tax reporting
