What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer the company's credit card program, including training new employees and managing cardholder issues
- Issue wire payments for taxes, claims, and vendors
- Set up and maintain vendor information in the vendor table, including W9 collection and address changes
- Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring proper coding and timely payment
- Collaborate with the financial reporting team to reconcile various accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three to five years of accounts payable-related experience
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software systems is a plus
- Understanding of basic accounting and treasury management functions, including reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
