What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process invoices and correspond with vendors to ensure accurate charges and timely payments
- Manage accounts payable functions, including bill entry, payment processing, and credit management
- Reconcile payable reports monthly to confirm accuracy of payments
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts
- Assist the Controller with various tasks, including license renewals and account reconciliations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of related accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficient computer skills utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sage Intacct software is strongly preferred
