What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process invoices for payment and manage billing transactions
- Communicate with suppliers for reconciliation of invoices and statements
- Generate and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Review Purchase Orders (POs) for sufficient funding and report observations
- Generate reports and perform data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- 2-3 years of billing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make timely, independent decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle and Tableau/Power BI is preferred but not required
- Strong use of keyboard shortcuts and proficiency with 10-key
