What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through personalized interactions with customers via phone, live online chat, and email
- Utilize problem-solving skills to assist customers with software support regarding accounting, payroll, and tax-related inquiries
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing insights for product development and enhancements
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Continuously expand knowledge of software features and accounting best practices to better assist customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or Mathematics
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume Customer Support or Call Center setting
- Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant License
- Working knowledge of USA-based payroll and payroll tax
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with payroll or accounting software
