What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding policy status and payment remittances
- Research, review, and process unidentified or suspense premium receipts
- Review, analyze, and authorize premium disbursements in a timely manner
- Prepare daily bank deposit reconciliations to ensure accurate premium postings
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of supporting documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 0 to 1 year of accounting work experience required
- Exceptional typing and 10-key skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of accounting courses
- Experience in a billing or customer service role within the insurance industry
