What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, maintain, and improve ERP-based accounting, inventory, and operational systems
- Collaborate across departments to assess needs and build smarter workflows
- Manage and troubleshoot ERP configurations, customizations, and reporting tools
- Write, test, and document financial system programs and logic
- Support internal audits and ensure system accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP or financial systems roles
- Background in accounting with a strong understanding of financial systems and inventory controls
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, Epicor, etc.)
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ERP implementation/migration experience
- SQL or database querying skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes
