Accounting Systems and Reporting Specialist

This position reports to the Vice President & CFO.

The primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:
• Assist with process improvement research and development activity with a focus on automation
• Responsible for building and maintaining standard and customized reports for client financial and operational reporting
• Troubleshooting and working to resolve complex ActivityHD issues
• Assist with managing IT, licenses, and infrastructure
• Assist with IT and system setup for special projects and client implementations

Other duties
• Special projects as assigned
• Assists all teams as needed

Skills and Education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including expertise in Excel (Macros, Power Query, and PowerPivot a plus)
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, SSAS, Visual Basic Script, JSON
• Experience with ActivityHD a plus
• Experience with nonprofit accounting a plus
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills quickly
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Adept at problem solving and critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
