Accounts Administrator
About the role
We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Shared Services hub in either Gladstone, Mackay, or Melbourne.
The role is primarily focused on goods receipting, matching invoices, and performing AR reconciliations and occasionally, verify and process expense claims in Concur. If an invoice hasn't been received or there are discrepancies between project approvals and existing Purchase Orders, you'll need to reach out to the relevant project contacts to resolve the issue.
This high-volume, repetitive role offers an opportunity to learn about UGL’s projects across Australia and build strong relationships with key contacts onsite. Excellent accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to self-check your work is essential.
