What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile amounts owed from purchase orders, invoices, and team member reimbursements
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all accounts while maintaining payment records
- Perform accurate account coding of payment requests and reconciliation of checks
- Communicate with vendors and team members regarding reimbursement inquiries
- Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with system testing and upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of approval limits and policies/procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
