What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review daily error reports, research errors, and apply corrections in the system
- Research, void, stop, and/or reissue payments issued by the employer
- Collaborate with Billing and Finance departments to assist with posting corrections
- Ensure adherence to internal controls while performing daily tasks
- Complete other functions as requested by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in bookkeeping or data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and banking practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Demonstrated skill in providing positive customer service even in challenging situations
