Who We're Looking For - MANSCAPED® is seeking a talented Accounts Payable Associate who is proficient in data entry and management to support the Accounting team on a contract basis.
*This position is a 3-6 month contract, with the possibility of extension*

Responsibilities:

• Process high volume of invoices in the Company's systems including, but not limited to, sorting, coding, and matching invoices to purchase orders, verifying receipt of goods and obtaining approvals, etc.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits, as needed
• Communicate articulately and efficiently with other departments within the company as well as the company's suppliers
• Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AP experience required
• High School Diploma/GED Required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
• NetSuite experience required; Coupa experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in Microsoft Excel with large volumes of data
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, and supervisor
• Work well in a fast paced, team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Must be curious, accurate, and detail oriented

Compensation Range

$26-$28 USD
