      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately review, code, and process supplier invoices in the accounting system
      - Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
      - Assist in preparing and processing payment runs, including checks and ACH transfers
      - Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
      - Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records, including invoices and payment receipts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
      - 1+ years of previous accounts payable or general accounting experience is required without a bachelor's degree
      - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
      - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and invoice processing
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
      - Experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
      - Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations related to accounts payable
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Previous experience collaborating with accounting and other departments
