What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, edit, and process invoices accurately
- Match invoices to purchase orders and process employee expenses
- Prepare accounts payable payments and address vendor inquiries
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing
- Reconcile accounts and vendor statements, correcting discrepancies as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work-related experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Familiarity with SAP software
