What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, monitor, and process invoices accurately
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and ascertain general ledger coding
- Manage and prepare weekly vendor payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements and address invoice discrepancies
- Perform monthly reconciliation of the accounts payable trial balance to the general ledger

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience
- Superior attention to detail and solid time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Comfort using document automation systems and content management programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college coursework in accounting or finance
- Experience in a retail or convenience store environment
