What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process daily accounts payable transactions, including receipt of operating expense invoices and coding to general ledger
- Review and upload employee expense reports and reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Maintain vendor and payment records and assist with filing
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities as needed
- Prepare and process weekly check payments and manage employee travel expense processing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable
- Moderate Excel skills required; experience with NetSuite/ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables in Excel
- Previous work in a healthcare accounts payable setting
- Proven track record of self-motivation and strong work ethics
- Familiarity with Concur system for travel expense processing
