      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate the work of accounts payable technicians to ensure accuracy and resolve issues
      - Prepare and submit the monthly state sales and use tax report
      - Conduct detailed account analysis and reconcile various sub-ledgers with the general ledger
      - Train staff on tax changes and updates to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Collaborate with the Senior Administrator of AP for accounts payable maintenance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of two years of work experience in accounting or a related field
      - Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Oracle financial applications
      - Direct sales and use tax experience
      - Familiarity with IRS 1099 forms
