What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and mathematically check invoices, check requests, and employee expense reports
- Sort, review, and match invoices with documentation, reconciling discrepancies
- Code invoices by Charter, Center, Spend Category, and Program code
- Correspond with vendors and employees, responding to inquiries for Charters and service companies
- Prepare, issue, and distribute weekly checks for all vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of payables processing experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the accounting or education industry
- Knowledge of Workday preferred
