What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review vendor invoices and client charges, entering them into the employer's accounting system
- Cross-reference client disbursement submissions with billing guidelines for accuracy
- Process weekly payment runs, including ACH, Wire batch, and check payments
- Review travel expenses submitted via Chrome River and ensure all documentation is attached
- Provide backup support and perform various clerical tasks as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with payables processes and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a law firm setting
- Knowledge of LMS/SurePoint time and Chrome River software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
