What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter accurate and timely invoices for up to 6 assigned nursing homes
- Monitor and enforce the invoice approval process
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and have the appropriate level of management approval
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and organized
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Over 5 years of Accounts Payable experience managing multiple facilities simultaneously
- Considered a functional expert in Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Self-starter with a strong motivation to complete tasks efficiently
