      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage the accounts payable process for newly acquired facilities
      - Facilitate and schedule training meetings for staff on centralized accounts payable processes
      - Develop strong partnerships with internal and external customers and peers
      - Manage timely vendor setup and prompt payment of invoices
      - Create and update user guides for facility reference

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
      - Experience with Coupa software
      - Strong customer service orientation
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
