What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage the Accounts Payable process for newly acquired facilities
- Schedule and facilitate training meetings for staff on the centralized Accounts Payable process
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external customers
- Ensure timely vendor setup and prompt payment of invoices
- Create and update user guides for facility reference

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Coupa
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
