What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the accounts payable process for newly acquired facilities
- Schedule and facilitate training meetings for proper user setup and training
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Field questions from facilities regarding accounts payable processes
- Create and update user guides for facility reference
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Coupa software
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience with compliance requirements in healthcare programs
