What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide guidance to Accounts Payable staff to ensure accuracy in their work
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice management and expense coding
- Ensure proper authorizations and approvals are obtained before issuing payments
- Act as the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable issues and maintain an accurate supplier database
- Support month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
- Working knowledge of GAAP and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding the company's finances
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and vlookups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with corporate credit card administration and reporting
- Familiarity with Concur or other expense management systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related finance role
