      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the Accounts Payable department to ensure accuracy and efficiency
      - Troubleshoot and resolve Accounts Payable processing issues
      - Support AP staff in weekly payment processing, including detailed reviews for accuracy
      - Manage month-end close processes, including posting invoices and reconciling the general ledger
      - Act as a liaison between the company and external parties to meet information needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred and a minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience required
      - Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience required
      - Experience with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
      - Must have ERP AP system experience, preferably with Great Plains and Coupa
      - Strong MS Excel skills and detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
      - Experience with 1099 and Sales & Use tax filing
      - Familiarity with using multiple bank platforms
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
