What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Invoice Audit and Resolution Teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of Accounts Payable
- Oversee third-party contracting firms for invoice processing and resolution, managing service level agreement metrics
- Develop and maintain corporate accounts payable policies in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Generate and analyze accounts payable reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Supervise and mentor a team of expense management staff, promoting a positive work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing financial and numeric data
- Exceptional communication skills for summarizing complex topics and collaborating with diverse teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Oracle Cloud Financials
- General knowledge of Financial Accounting and internal controls related to the procure-to-pay process
