      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice verification, processing, and payment
      - Supervise, mentor, and train the accounts payable team to ensure high performance and professional development
      - Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, promptly reconciling and resolving any payment issues
      - Ensure all payments comply with company policies, legal regulations, and tax requirements
      - Identify, document, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Accounts Payable workstreams and staff
      - Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training, and coaching of staff
      - Strong understanding of various procure-to-pay banking options
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a large complex matrix organization
      - Experience with large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems' Accounts Payable workstreams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday ERP
      - Experience in the Healthcare Industry
