What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements
- Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies
- Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring proper documentation, W-9 forms, and payment terms are established
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes by preparing AP-related journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve AP workflows within the ERP system to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Tipalti, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of AP best practices, internal controls, and financial reporting principles
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the market research industry or similar professional services environment
- Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Proven experience optimizing AP workflows and driving process improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with vendors, employees, and leadership
