What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume accounts payable team, ensuring accurate processing of vendor invoices and customer tickets
- Develop and implement department policies and improvements to the accounts payable process
- Plan work assignments, evaluate performance, and provide direction for procedural and technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments for timely processing of hauler invoices
- Manage issue resolution escalated from team members and coordinate training for new hires

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
