What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and manage vendor setup and payments, ensuring timely disbursement of funds
- Address vendor queries and AP discrepancies, maintaining clear communication and documentation
- Track and investigate payment returns, including EFT and checks
- Handle 1099 tax reporting and ensure timely responses to credit applications
- Assist with internal client and vendor inquiries, audit requests, and payment automation projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or 7 years of accounts payable experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with payables operations, preferably within banking portals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with accounts payable processes
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working with Wells Fargo bank portal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
