What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze accounts to identify and resolve unapplied credits and credit balances
- Communicate with insurance companies to gather necessary information for accurate credits
- Process refunds for overpayments or initiate takeback requests on accounts
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and productivity standards in credit balance management
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven understanding of Microsoft operating systems
- Ability to follow telecommute policy guidelines
- Proficient in 10 key and alpha/numeric data entry
