- General knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices.
- Excel, Word, and accounting system knowledge
- Great Plains experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years of previous experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Summary:
The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for carrying out prompt and accurate organization and handling of check and refund requests, as well as posting of all invoices to ensure management reports are accurate.
Responsibilities:
Works with Operational Controllers and Crunchtime teams to ensure weekly payables submissions are received and posted timely. Review invoices to ensure all are approved and any necessary documentation is attached. Enters invoice information into the Great Plains accounting system. Prints checks, matches them to invoices. Mail checks once proper authorization to release is received. Reconcile statements to A/P Aging weekly/monthly to ensure all invoices are accounted for and paid within terms and that credits are taken properly and timely. Ensures invoices not in A/P are sent to the terminal for approval and processing.
Performs any necessary research as required by Management or requested by vendors.
Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others courteously and professionally. Conforms with and abides by all company and department regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Conforms with all safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pay rate : $20 per hour
